Flax oil

Flax oil is an excellent supplement.  In small quanties (2 teaspoons per week) it will ‘feed’ the brain with the omega 3 it needs.

You’ll feel brighter and more positive.  Think clearer.

However too much and you start suffering from anxiety etc.

I recommend the more expensive oils that don’t taste so good.  The cheaper brands are like rotgut.  It’s the same as olive oil – extra virgin is the best etc.

Flax oil has also been used to combat gyno induced by steroids when testosterone converts to estrogen and forms ‘bitch tits’.
