EAS Mypolex without aspartame protein powder

Protein powder has moved on a lot from the expensive undigestable farty type protein tubs.  Great big tubs of EAS protein can be purchased relatively cheaply now and digest well…no aspartame either.

I suggest drinking slowly in a shaker, giving your body time to absorb the drink.  Too fast and it might not digest.
