EAS Ready to drink protein

A good after-workout drink, it packs 25g of protein.

I still preferred the other ones they had a few years back, they only had 15g of protein but they had some carbs in them…and that really helped recovery and hardening up.

I got a special deal on them with free glutamine….and use sparingly.  Only on training days or if I’m stuck for a snack.  Much easier to drink that a full powdered/milk shake.
